• From The App Store, download TheStack App (iOS) and login with your Apple ID.
• Enter the Serial Number (the 5 digit code) found by unscrewing the threaded stem of your Stack hardware.

That’s it!  Fill out the Profile information, and follow the prompts in the App to do your Baseline Session and select a Program to get started.  If you still have any problems, contact us here.

First, you'll need to activate your account following these steps:

• Download and login to TheStack App (iOS)
• Follow the prompts to Activate Coaches License
• Key in your License Number (aka Subscription Number), which can be found on your order confirmation e-mail
  
• You're all set and ready to add players to your stable

If you already have a profile and have been using the App, log out of the App first, then follow these steps listed above.

There are 2 options to add family members who want to train with TheStack hardware.

Option 1: You can add a family member to train on their own iOS device, just as you are. To do that, simply have that family member download the App and activate the same serial number you did. This will in no way impact your training data, and we allow a serial number to be activated several times for this purpose.

Option 2: You can add them as 'Local Golfers' - on your iOS device, under your Apple ID login. To do that, here are the steps:

1) Click Profile (top right)

2) Click on Stable of Golfers

3) Click 'Add Golfer' (top right)

4) Click 'Add a Local Profile'

Your serial number is located on the threaded stem of your Stack hardware.

New phone?  No problem!  Your training data and profile is stored securely in the cloud.  You data is then stored with your login, not your device.  Simply log back into TheStack App (iOS) from your new device and continue your training.

TheStack App allows you to track the progress of fellow Stackers from your Stable of Golfers, which is available on the Menu. 

Steps to track a fellow Stacker:

Step 1

Ask them to send you a 6-digit share code from their app.  They should go to Share'n your Stack'n on the Menu. They will be able to generate a code from the Share'n your Stack'n screen and message it to you.

Step 2

Once you receive this code, go to Stable of Golfers on your Menu and tap Add a Stacker.  Enter the 6-digit code and your friend will appear in your Stable of Golfers.

Tapping on their entry in your Stable of Golfers will bring up their training data

1. Open TheStack App and go to the Menu page.
2. Tap on the "Refer Friends, Earn Credits" tab.
3. Tap on the "Share Referral Code" button.
4. Share your referral code with your friend using your preferred method (email, SMS, social media, etc.)
