Fulfillment

New Stack, Stack Radar, and PRGR orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days.  Transit to your location is in addition to fulfillment time.  The PRGR ships to the US only.

Rapsodo, Voice Caddie Fulfillment

Rapsodo products and the Voice Caddie SC200 Plus radars will be fulfilled within 3 business days.  Customers will receive a shipment notification directly from Voice Caddie their order is shipped.  International customers, including Canada, will be responsible for any duties upon arrival.  Any shipment questions regarding the Voice Caddie products should be directed to: sales@voicecaddie.com

Shipping

Currently, Stack hardware orders (except Canada) are fulfilled from Phoenix, Arizona USA.  Canadian Stack orders are fulfilled from Canada.  We are happy to ship Worldwide from the US, but please be advised of our International Shipping Policy below.  Some products may only ship to the US and/or Canada. Please contact us if you are unable to process an order to your location.

International Shipping Policy (please read)

Please note that International orders (both TheStack hardware and Voice Caddie) will be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.  In some cases, these fees can be substantial.   Please be aware your shipment will be valued at full retail price. 

Packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.  We are sorry for this inconvenience.

We are aware that duties, taxes and fees present our International Customers with additional expenses.  We are actively pursuing Worldwide distribution.

Warranty and Returns

TheStack Warranty

TheStack hardware includes a 2-year warranty from date of purchase for manufacturing defects.  Damage from misuse, such as striking something during training, will void all warranties.  For information on repairs or warranties, please provide your product serial number and contact us here: https://www.thestacksystem.com/pages/contact-us

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and would like to request a return, please email us at info@thestacksystem.com within 30 days of delivery for instructions on how to return your item.  To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), all components of TheStack hardware must be returned.  

Stack Radar Warranty

The Stack Radar is covered with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty begins on the date product was received and is exclusive to the original purchaser. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any Stack Radar that malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect. 

What is not covered under warranty: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized service, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by external factors such as power surges or extreme environmental conditions. 

Disclaimer: This warranty is provided in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this product. 

Returns:  We offer a 30-day return policy for the Stack Radar. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@thestacksystem.com.  You will need to show proof of purchase from our store to start a return claim.  Then we will provide detailed return instructions.   

PRGR Black Pocket Warranty

The PRGR is covered by a 1-year warranty for replacement or refund contingent upon the product being received and inspected for manufacturing defect.  If it is determined that the product is broken or damaged due to the buyer's fault, it will not be covered under warranty.

Third Party Radar Warranties and Returns 

We offer a variety of products from different manufacturers.  The warranties for these products are provided by the original manufacturer and not by The Stack System.  We will refer to the manufacturer's warranty information for specific details on coverage, duration, and service procedures and we will work directly with them to fulfill your warranty claim.

Please note that The Stack System is not responsible for the performance or any issues arising from these third-party manufactured products. The warranties provided are those of the respective manufacturers and any service or replacement will be handled by them.

While we are not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell.  If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. When we receive the item you are returning, we only refund the amount you paid for the item you purchased. Again, we do not refund any original or return shipping costs.  Please email us at info@thestacksystem.com for further instructions. 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will process your return.  Once processed, you will be credited for the cost of the item(s) minus actual shipping costs. Original shipping and return shipping will not be refunded.  Refunds will be applied to the original credit card or payment option used at the time of purchase.  Please keep in mind that based on how the product was purchased, your refund can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on the bank or credit card company. Please contact us if you are having any issues seeing your refund being returned to your account.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories. 
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping as we do not currently offer pre-paid return labels. 
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of damage or misuse. 

Processing Times: 

Upon receiving your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it and process your return within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming the return completion and your issued refund.
