TheStack Radar uses connectionless Bluetooth technology. First, turn on the Stack Radar (notice the Bluetooth icon flash at the top left of the screen).  Second, open TheStack App, navigate to Settings-> Speed Measurement Devices and selectStack Radar.  The radar will connect and you can start your session.
